The portal has been developed in implementation of public procurement: "Creating a model of integrated information environment and architecture for the realization and integration of electronic administrative services in the Ministry."

This version of the portal was upgraded by implementing the 7 e-services (6 of which up to the highest level of development 4 and one to level 3) within the project "Improvement of services to citizens and businesses through the development and implementation electronic administrative services under the Environmental Protection and Biodiversity Act in the Ministry of Environment and Water "project with the financial support of Operational Programme" Administrative Capacity ", co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund under the concluded Contract grant № 13-31-31 / 17.04.2014
